These terms cover leadwhispering.com: the website, the tools under /tools, the waitlist and accounts. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
We're building an outreach tool that finds people and businesses who'd want what you sell and drafts personal emails for you to approve. It isn't open yet. Today you can use our tools, join the waitlist and create an account. Before the outreach tool opens to you, we'll publish terms for it and tell you by email. Nothing is charged before then.
The calculators and the UTM builder give estimates and shortcuts, not guarantees. Real rates and results vary, so use your own judgment before relying on them.
Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
Don't use LeadWhispering to break the law, send spam, get into other people's data, or overload, scrape or probe the site. Don't use bots on our forms.
The site, tools, text and brand belong to LeadWhispering. You're welcome to share links to our pages and the results you get from our tools.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@leadwhispering.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
LeadWhispering is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 USD.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and we'll email account holders about important changes.
